You can shoot somebody in self-defense only and I'm fairly sure it's only if you have an intruder in your house. If they threaten your safety only.

You can't just shoot someone because they are on your property unless you want to get sued. They could say that they were lost and stop to ask for directions. So just get that thought out of your head and if they trustpass again, call the cops!
