A standard dip for vegetables or a nice spread for tea sandwiches. I usually omit the green onions which are part of the recipe on the back of the Knorr's soup mix box.
Ingredients
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, drained
1 pkg Knorr's vegetable soup mix (note: NOT Spring Vegetable Soup Mix)
1 small can water chestnuts
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. mayonnaise
Instructions
Squeeze the water out of the spinach.
