Myanmar Refuses US Naval Aid
By TOM WRIGHT With United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon scheduled to visit Myanmar Thursday, the country's military rulers approved the use of UN helicopters to fly in relief aid for survivors of Cyclone Nargis.
